Sulphite Free Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Veneto is a medium bodied straightforward red wine made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Dark intense red in colour with a fruity red berry nose and a soft smooth taste.

Classic red vinification without the addition of sulphur dioxide. They choose the best and healthiest grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon harvested by hand. The fermentation is activated with selected yeasts which produces low doses of sulphur dioxide and takes place at a temperature of 25°C for one week. Then the wine is filtered in sterile environment and stored in tanks at a controlled temperature to avoid possible oxidation.

A healthier wine with no preservatives added. Certified organic, no sulphites added and vegan.
