Tasting Notes

The wine, simply put,

On the Eye: Classic straw yellow colour

On the Nose: Delicate stone and orchard fruits, mineralogy

On the Tongue: Tangy, rich biscuity and nutty, long lasting flavours

Best Enjoyed: Pork dishes, paella or a hot apple pie

And for a more robust read,

Organic and no sulphites added Gavi from Piedmont - classic, refreshing, with a bit of biscuit on top.

Gavi is a classy white with delicate stone and orchard fruit and some mineralogy. We personally think that it tastes like a good but still sparkler - you do not get bubbles, but instead rich biscuit and nutty flavour profile. Soft apple-crumble flavours, lasting quite long on the palate with its crumbly biscuits, tangy and broad not spritzy and lean, with an enveloping savouriness.
