And for a more robust read,

Organic red wine is bursting with sweet red fruit flavours that are round and juicy. 2015 vintage is riper and juicier than 2014, but also soft and round.

The wine is ruby red in the glass and has aromas of red fruits, wild berries and gentle spice. On the palate it is elegant and delicate with vibrant dark berry flavours, white pepper and Asian spices.

In the cellar the aim is to create an easy and digestible red. Vinified without any addition of oenological product the grapes are harvested manually and sorted. Semi carbonic maceration occurs for 7 to 14 days before being matured for 6 months in concrete tank. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.

Grape varieties: 50% Grenache – 25% Carignan - 25% Cinsault from 20 to 45 years old vines.

2015 vintage has no added sulphites, natural sulphites levels are below 20 ppm.
