Tasting Notes

The wine, simply put,

On the Eye: Straw yellow colour

On the Nose: Apple, stone orchard fruits

On the Tongue: Refreshing, apple, banana

Sulphite Free Prosecco made of organic Glera grapes.

Straw yellow with greenish and brilliant hues. Aromas of apple, peach and acacia flowers. To taste, it's fresh, well balanced with flavours of golden apple and banana.

The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The process consists of a traditional white vinification but without the addition of sulphur. The fermentation is so activated with selected yeasts, and takes place at a controlled temperature of 14° C. The whole process takes place in steel autoclaves for about two months, where the pressure reaches the 4.5 atm; later, the no added sulphites sparkling Prosecco DOC is filtered and bottled.

A healthier wine with no preservatives added. Certified organic, no sulphites added and vegan.

Please note that it is not a grammatical error on the label, terms 'sulphites' and 'sulfites' are being used interchangeably. The latter is more North American and French spelling, whereas correct and definitely most common UK spelling is 'sulphites'.
