And for a more robust read,

Organic and made without added sulphites red wine from Piedmont cannot be missed! Monferrato Rosso is a blend of organic Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon from this glorious Northern Italian region. Carefully produced with no addition of sulphites. This organic red wine is elegant and medium-bodied, grapes were grown using biodynamic methods.

Ripe, soft and locally traditional Barbera grapes have been skillfully blended with some Cabernet Sauvignon which lends weight and backbone.

The result is balanced, expressive and smooth. This wine has some peppery bitterness from Barbera, juicy character, but also some additional richness.

Food match: chicken, richer sauces (red wine sauce would be so good), pork, tender red meats, spicy and rich veggie main dishes.

Certified organic and also vegan friendly.
